Not what I expected at all.
Our room was pretty disappointing. The small fridge had half eaten hamburger and some bottles of beer. The bathroom trash can already had trash in it. Also found some trash paperstuff in the cubbies below the TV. We checked in very late after a long day, around 10pm. We just wanted to sleep so I brought it up in the morning to the front desk. They offered to remove the food and beer from the fridge. However, my husband was still sleeping and we were going to check out in a couple hours, I didn't see the value of it. It was definitely disappointing.

Crown Plaza-Greenville, stay just okay
This hotel has a nice lobby and the staff tries to do a good job, but our hotel room was poor as the room had water saturated in the carpeting near the bathroom. Unsure if the bathroom flooded or the prior occupant of the room spilled a large amount of water, but needless to say it was a bad surprise for us. The staff immediately relocated us to a new room, but this certainly was an inconvenience.

The bed should have been on the other wall. The top was heading down and the bottom was rising up . It made sleeping impossible for me. Other than that everything was fine.

I will not stay here again. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Trash still in the bathroom trash bin, dirty sink and countertop. Shower and sink were still wet. Hair in the sink. Urine and wet substance around the toilet base. Bed sheets were improperly placed and inside out. Good location but that was pretty much it.
