The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. My dislikes were the hotel has not been well maintained because the furniture was stained, the tub had stains, the walls were stained, the lamps were stained, the telephone was stained and in the bathroom the towel rack broke.

Idk if I’ll ever stay here again..

Stay wasn’t bad.. my check in was very trash! They initially cancelled my booking saying I didn’t have a card on file after they tried to charge the card on file the day before check in! Then when I got there they were having all type of problems getting the card to go through to the point where my wife basically was about to book elsewhere! I also paid more than what I initially booked the room for.. I personally feel like they cancelled the room to get more money out of people. Other ppl checking in had issues with the amount they were paying as well saying they had a different price than what they were charged.. it was a pretty busy weekend and they knew that so I believe they had a little scheme running so that they could make more money!

The property had molded pillow on the bed next to the window in room 222. I also requested a late check out to retrieve my food after I got out of church service and the staff depose all of my food for the picnic. Magnolia Smoke sausage, fruit tray, condiments and buns

Customer service was not good coming in. Jessica at beginning was good. I booked my hotel online on Hotel.com and wasn't told anything about extra charges. I wasn't told when I was filling out the sheet. I had to ask what the other charges was for. Jessica didn't explain it well. After I showed my receipt from online she went back to get James the manager. He wasn't much better. There's no signage of the fees or anything. But then it gets worst. The botten for the elevator was broken. Spilled juice or something is on the wall near the elevator. The 1st room (210) toilet was nasty looking. The bath tub looked worst. We called the front desk and the inspector came up. She showed us room 204, it was a slightly better. The tub still looked nasty. We refused to take a shower or bath...dirty rings were around the tub. The caulking on the wall was horrible. Holes in sheets and comforter....please look at the pictures. Remote didn't have batteries and it was the wrong remote for the tv. The black spot on the ceiling/wall looks like mold....nasty looking. Not to mention the nasty workout room. Paying $400 something for 2 nights wasn't worth it. Hopefully breakfast will be decent..... The pictures below don't lie. I didn't post all of them

We were on third floor, there were rooms with broken locks and rooms that the doors were open no one seemed to be there. I felt unsafe.

Wasn’t a good Holiday

Bath tub was stained gray and rust, floor in bath room was dusty. Mattress was bad, I couldn’t get out of the bed, cause I was sunken in it

What i like was the customer services. What i didn’t like was i had to change rooms three times due to the carpet on the floor was wet. The beds were wet (damp) every room i went to had wet carpet and damp bedding. I also didn't like the place smells like piss and mold and every room. You see green mold all in the window seal. I couldn't hardly breathe head started hurting, so i went to the front desk ask for carpet freshener they didn't have nothing to kill the scent. I actually went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room i was in it still didn’t stop my headache so i went back down stairs and ask to be moved down to the first floor it wasn't any better the toilets was filthy with brown scum all in the inside. I couldn't take it ask for my money back because i have asthma that whole business need to be tore down and rebuild because it's mold infested. I went to another hotel. Holiday inn express really disappointed me because everytime i travel that's the place i like to stay, but this location need to be closed immediately for the safety of everyone. That mold will kill you!

This hotel was absolutely fifthly and staff (Assistant Manager) was very rude and disrespectful. I have pictures that I will be sending to the Holiday Inn Headquarters.

I wouldn't recommend.

The room was musty and damp, and when I went to pick up my bag this morning to leave, my handles felt wet. I reserved a king bed and was given two queens. One of the beds was broken as if someone jumped on it and broke the box spring so it was tilted at an angle. The curtains were tattered. the elevator was broken which was super inconvenient being on the third floor. The room's overall condition was tolerable, but I recommend spending your money elsewhere if you're used to staying in nice hotels. Took a chance on this one, and I was disappointed.

Property smells like urine or mold, the door to room look like someone used a crowbar to break in, the rooms and property is very dated and needs to be updated, there was no trash, poor lighting and seating other thsn the bed. The breakfast was ok, I don't usually complain.
