I paid $200 for a mediocre room. The AC wouldn’t work - our sheets were not clean. There were food crumbs on the couch. The room was overall dirty.

I had a reservation for Friday during hurricane Helena. I realize that I purchased the non refundable room. But I also thought that was if I canceled I would not get my money back. The hotel refuses to refund me any money even though there was a hurricane. Their phones were not working for me to call them ahead of time. I tried several times. So did Expedia. I’m assuming they had no power. You would think for a natural disaster they would refund my money

The room overall was great. We got the suite with the hot tub. The hot tub did not work well and the jets were clogged. I couldn't tell if what clogged it was a cleaning brush or something else, but the hot tub ended up being a large bath tub. Not a total loss, but a let down....

The property was in a great area. The staff was helpful at times. The gym only had 1 treadmill and 1 bike, this is unacceptable. The remote was lost for 2 days. The staff attempted to find other remotes unsuccessful programming. Overall, good stay too many kids.
