Was a nice stay, management needs to walk the property to pick up trash. I know this may be troublesome because of location next to fast food and shopping centers, but some trash stayed in the same spot for the 2 day I stayed.

The air conditioner in our room was leaking water onto the carpeting in the room. The carpet was soaked about 2 ft out from the wall the air conditioner was on. Also the faucet in the sink in bathroom sprayed water all over when you turned it on.

It was terrible. We didn’t stay because it was not clean. They offered another room but if one room is dirty they are all dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed and there were fingernails on the floor. The comforter had stains. I left and asked for my money back, but they said I had to get it through Expedia. I didn’t book through Expedia. I booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com told me the hotel needed to refund me. So I didn’t even get my money back.

Don stay here

Was supposed to be on ground floor asmy husband and i struggle with climbing stairs, but he put us on the 2nd floor. The vending machine was half broken. The breakfast was nothing but carbohydrates and made my daughter vomit. The office staff were assholed when we checked in charging me an extra 25 dollars because was before 3 pm then when we checked out they we angry we checked out early

Didn't look like my bathroom was cleaned very well. Toilet seat, somebodys hair on floor by the toilet, shower and tub didnt look clean. By their freeway, so it was noisy.

Ok but needs some attention

Although the hotel is a non-smoking hotel, my room smelled of smoke. Also, the showerhead needs to be cleaned or replaced because it was pouring water out of the bottom and not forcing a lot through the holes in the shower head.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and kept us up all night. The TV you had to be right up against to even turn a channel. This was subpar for us.

Remarkable staff! Easily get to Nebraska Crossings Outlet Mall next door. Easy walk to Mc Donald’s and a gas station. Parking lot well lit. Staff very kind and friendly! Housekeeping staff is trustworthy, I left behind a diamond ring, staff found it and turned it in!
