The front desk staff was great! Including the breakfast staff…. The rooms was not as nice as shown on the web…. The tub looked and was dirty bc it had a lot of black stains…. The toilet wasn’t stable, bc EVERYTIME you sit down to use it, it leans and comes forward….. They also didn’t have any complementary shampoos, lotions, soaps…. It wasn’t a bad location as it was close to the main shopping strip….

This was not a good location. The first one I was given, had a leak in the air-conditioning and the carpet was soaking wet. The room had a dank, musty smell, and the second room I was given, the bed sheets were stained. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was big plastic bins underneath a pretty big leak in the ceiling in the lobby area. The front desk person was friendly enough. She was quick to accommodate me when the first room didn’t work out. But, when I went back downstairs to tell her about the dirty linen in my second room, and that I had changed my mind about staying and that I wanted a refund she was definitely not as friendly.

The bedsheets were dirty. It took nearly an hour before someone came up to change them. All the bathroom towels were dirty with stained.
