The remodeled well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal of your choice...The counter tops are finished in granite with white cabinetry...There is bar for casual meals as well as a dining table...The living room has a flat screen TV as well as a beautiful couch that converts into a super comfy queen sleeper bed...The balcony off of the den area looks over our gorgeous tropical pool area...as well as offers a drop dead due west Gulf Shores sunset over our pier and the Little Lagoon....Located 3.3 miles west of hwy 59 at The Hangout in Gulf Shores...2 night minimum stay year round. Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quiet weekend getaway. This place was perfect for us. I was a little nervous abut the location since we always stay on the beach and this one was across the road. However, the beach access bridge made getting there safe and easy and was actually closer to the beach than some of the beachside condos we have stayed in before. Would definitely stay again!

A Gem!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware, bathroom was a bit small but the tub/shower was very nice! I loved the balcony off the bedroom for the sunrises and the back balcony for the sunsets. Beautiful!!! The pool area was very beautiful and I love all the beautiful flowers in and surrounding the pool area! My husband and I fished every day from the pier. I love the fact that there is a cleaning station and I love that the pier is very sturdy. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful stay!

Short get away for a tennis weekend

Property was well maintained , great location for those wanting to boat and have fun on the lagoon. Beach access right across the street . Condo was clean and has a nice view facing west over the lagoon .. we enjoyed our stay there.

Birthday Trip

The place is a little older and some things need repair. DEFINITELY could have done without the noise of contractors working ALL night keeping us awake. But over all we would definitely choose to stay there again. The owner was very easy to deal with and pleasant. Would recommend this place to others.

Shower liner needs to be changed out mildew at the bottom and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom . The outdoor hard plastic table needs to be thrown out . Falling apart and stained. But overall we enjoyed it . Just trying to be constructive. Thanks you were a great host .

Perfect Spot across the street from the beach

Our 4 year old had a blast. He slept in the pullout bed and loved having his "own" balcony. I don't really care about amenities while on vacation because I don't plan to do much more than sleep there. That said, the place was clean, accommodating, and the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay there again for our next visit.

Great place!

This was our first time staying in and end unit one bedroom. Since my wife and I were the only ones, it was great! TWO balconies! This is so important in the summer since I like sitting on them and not getting fried by the sun and still seeing the lagoon and sunset. We’ll be coming back!

Cozy place - great for a couple's getaway

This was a cute, clean little condo with a great view of the Lagoon and a nice pool. We had our very young children with us so it was a little cramped (which we knew it would be from the photos), but we made it work. The Wi-Fi password was different from the original message we were sent, but the owner was very quick in responding and cleared it up right away. As a bonus, the elevator here is really, really fast. I would love to come back when it's just my wife and I.

Nice place, great location

This was a nice little condo with very pretty views. It’s a great location, close to the beach and just a few minutes from a lot of restaurants and shops. It’s nice that you’re close to everything you need without being smack in the middle of all of it. The host was very nice and very quick to reply to messages.

Absolutely perfect

Stayed 6 nights. The pool/hot tub area is perfect, even has a tiki bar. Fishing on the back docks, or go .5 miles east and fish the inlet. (This is where it's at) Beach is a short walk... mother nature wanted to through quite a bit of seaweed on the beach... but other than that the beautiful white sand... perfect waves. And of course picking up sea shells. Had to reach put to the owner to get the updated WiFi password and she responded within 10 mins.

Thankfully just a weekend

The office closed at 4. We knew checkin was no earlier than 4, but was surprised to find no one there. The elevator was broken our entire stay so we had to carry everything up the stairs. Luckily we’re able, but the weather unfortunately was so bad that we were wet and almost toppled over from strong winds. When we arrived the smoke alarm battery was chirping so we had to get back out in bad weather to purchase a battery. Not sure what I would’ve done if my husband had T been tall enough to reach it. The unit was clean and adequate for a weekend, but with only a full sized bed we were glad to not be staying longer. A queen would’ve made a huge difference. The rental price was very reasonable, but what’s up with the insane additional fees? Made our cost over double and none of that went to the owner.

Nice place. Very tropical pool area on lagoon side. Great for fishing. Condo is perfect for 2. Everything you need for a comfortabe relaxing stay. Access to beach is a plus also!!!
