Condo is located in East Beach area, approximately .08 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout.

Parking:
1 parking pass is included in the booking. A 2nd parking pass may be purchased. A maximum of 2 cars allowed. One vehicle can be parked on the beach side in front of the complex. The 2nd car must be parked across the street in the overflow parking area. The parking passes must be completed with all of the information requested or guests will be fined and/or possibly towed.

This corner condo is perfect for a family beach vacation. The condo was just recently remodeled. You will enjoy all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a balcony overlooking the lagoon from the master suite. The large balcony overlooking the gulf is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs.
The condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. It also 2 bunk beds in the hallway that is perfect for children. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The balcony overlooking the lagoon can be accessed from the master suite. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen television.
The living room provides an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 50'" flat screen television for your enjoyment.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
The dining room table and bar seat 6 comfortably.
There is a stackable full size washer and dryer for guests to use. The unit offers free wi-fi. There are two parking areas for this complex. One is located directly in front of the building on the beach side and the other is located across the street.
The condominium complex offers an outdoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. The 'Hangout' is 1.5 miles from the complex. Waves is a convenient store located across the street to your left, within walking distance. Bahama Bobs, West Beach Grille and Bob's Restaurant are all within walking distance.
There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theatres, miniature golf, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex. The Tanger Outlet Mall, located in Foley, Al is within 10 miles of the condo.
The Gulf Shores area is extremely family friendly with many activities for all ages.
Please keep in mind that this condo is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed on balcony.
Parking is allowed for only 2 vehicles. One parking pass is included in your reservation. Please let us know if an additional parking pass is required.

*****The association is performing maintenance on the outside East Wall of the complex between 11/1/24-01/05/25. There may be minor interuptions but nothing that would prevent guests from enjoying their stay.

Beautiful condo! Great location!

Seacrest is a wonderful property! Our condo was better than the pictures showed. You can tell it’s been updated and all the extra touches give it a relaxing beach vibe! Everything you need to enjoy meals in the condo is provided in the kitchen. We enjoyed Sunliner Diner (such a fun place), Desotos (pecan crusted grouper was amazing) and listened to live music at the Hangout. They are working on exterior updates and the pool bathrooms, but it didn’t cause any issues for us. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had. We only wished we would have extended our stay!! It was a great few day getaway during Spring Break!

Perfect spot

This is a great unit with lots of space. Love the corner balcony on gulf side and there is an additional one overlooking bayside off master bedroom. We did not cook but seemed to have cookware for basic foods new appliances were nice. Loved the decor! Especially the living room furniture. This place was very homey. Great communication with owner. There is starter pack of supplies as listed. No seasonings etc in kitchen If needed. I would definitely stay again. Condo unit was getting some painting done so good to see that it is being kept up.

Awesome Rental

The condo was very clean with new appliances and nice furniture and decor. It’s on the 8th floor of a 9 story building and is on the exterior wall of the building. It also has large balconies on the front and back of the unit which we really enjoyed. Check in was a breeze. The only knock I have is that we were awakened 2 days in a row by construction on the roof. Very loud sawing and hammering. I feel we should of been notified of this in the listing or at the least been contacted by the owner before hand.

My husband and I wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway for his 50th Birthday and this place delivered! We will definitely be back. The vibe of this place is amazing and the decor was just perfect. Exactly as listed. The view from the front balcony and the back balcony exceeded our expectations. Simply beautiful. Easy beach access. There is a chair and umbrella rental booth right in front of the building which we were very excited about. Our goal was to chill & decompress from the stress of "adulting" and we were total beach bums. Loved it! Returned home totally relaxed and refreshed.

Great stay..

Overall a great stay. I'm giving a 5 star review but had a couple of things that may not matter to some. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little hard and uncomfortably for my liking. And i prefer ceilings fans in the bedrooms and neither had one. But still a great stay.

No bad but needs some improvements

Overall our stay was good. The condo was sufficient for us and overall not bad. Mainly, it needs some improvements. It could use a new set of pots and pans, as some pieces are missing. There are things that need to be fixed like lights and some holes where old curtains used to be and door trim falling off. The appliances are nice work great. Hot water in kitchen was either cold or scolding hot. Location is perfect.

Great family condo

We had 5 people in this condo and it was a great size. The beds were comfortable and everything you need is there. The 2 different views are amazing and I can not express this enough...the elevator was PERFECT. There are 2 for this building and they are fast. This seems to be a big issue for some places we've stayed. The parking is easy to manage, the pool was nice, and the walk to the beach is short and simple. We were there a week and had a great time.

Perfect beach getaway!

My wife and I had a hard earned week vacation and this spot was just what we needed! Amazing views both front and back of the condo. The couches were not what was in the pictures online so I suggest updating them. They were leather. I personally look at those types of things when booking because I want to be as comfortable as possible. I’m not a fan of leather but they did the job. The property management was amazing! The tv in the living room wasn’t working right and they had a new one delivered and setup within a day! Very timely in the responses and very polite! The area we were in was very quiet and had maybe 20 people on the beach with us. Everything was clean and tidy! My only other suggestion for the property would be to get some new pots and pans. The ones there are old and scratched up really bad which is bad because you will get the non stick stuff in your food. We had an amazing stay and would stay here again in the future!

A lovely property with a million dollar view! Beautiful living room with a laid back beach vibe throughout. The beds were comfy with lots of extra quilts for us. Very quiet building with quick elevators. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous. Check in was easy. Would stay again!
