Parking:
1 parking pass is included in the booking. A 2nd parking pass may be purchased. A maximum of 2 cars allowed. One vehicle can be parked on the beach side in front of the complex. The 2nd car must be parked across the street in the overflow parking area. The parking passes must be completed with all of the information requested or guests will be fined and/or possibly towed.

This corner condo is perfect for a family beach vacation. The condo was just recently remodeled. You will enjoy all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a balcony overlooking the lagoon from the master suite. The large balcony overlooking the gulf is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs.
The condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. It also 2 bunk beds in the hallway that is perfect for children. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The balcony overlooking the lagoon can be accessed from the master suite. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen television.
The living room provides an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 50'" flat screen television for your enjoyment.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
The dining room table and bar seat 6 comfortably.
There is a stackable full size washer and dryer for guests to use. The unit offers free wi-fi. There are two parking areas for this complex. One is located directly in front of the building on the beach side and the other is located across the street.
The condominium complex offers an outdoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. The 'Hangout' is 1.5 miles from the complex. Waves is a convenient store located across the street to your left, within walking distance. Bahama Bobs, West Beach Grille and Bob's Restaurant are all within walking distance.
There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theatres, miniature golf, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex. The Tanger Outlet Mall, located in Foley, Al is within 10 miles of the condo.
The Gulf Shores area is extremely family friendly with many activities for all ages.
Please keep in mind that this condo is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed on balcony.
Parking is allowed for only 2 vehicles. One parking pass is included in your reservation. Please let us know if an additional parking pass is required.
*****The association is performing maintenance on the outside East Wall of the complex between 11/1/24-01/05/25. There may be minor interuptions but nothing that would prevent guests from enjoying their stay.
