This unit is on the beach! Just a short elevator ride down to the ground floor and you are steps from the white sand beach. This unit offers a GEORGOUS ocean view from the huge oceanfront balcony and an AMAZING Lagoon view from the North walkway as well. BREATHTAKING views all around! Walking distance to several restaurants and Pier 33 is right across the street and only 1 mile from the Hangout. Very nice location and fast elevators!

The living room and master bedroom have an AMAZING view and direct balcony access through sliding glass doors! The oversized balcony has plenty of seating for your entire group. This unit has tile floors throughout, 2 full bathrooms with large vanities, Wi-Fi, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you don't have to worry about packing your laundry dirty or taking it somewhere to wash, We have ALL the comforts of home!

The living room features a leather queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, 2 leather swivel/rocker recliners, ceiling fan, a 58" wall mounted Smart TV with Dish satellite and direct balcony access with a view that can not be beat in ALL of Gulf Shores!

The master bedroom features a king size bed, ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands, 50" wall mounted smart TV with Dish satellite, double closet, private master bathroom and direct balcony access with a breathtaking view!

The kitchen in this unit is HUGE! When I remodeled I changed the floorplan and made the kitchen the biggest in the entire complex! It is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals while you are here. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, solid wood cabinets with granite countertops, countertop bar with seating for 4 guests, tiled backsplash, coffeemaker that does drip brewing and K cups, and a wonderful view of the Gulf!

The second bedroom features include a king size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, wall mounted 50" Smart TV with Dish satellite an roku streaming, double closet and main bathroom access from a separate door in the bedroom.

Crystal Shores is direct Gulf front. All the units in Crystal Shores are 2BR/2BA and are 1056 Sqft. What makes "SHORELY AMAZING" unique is the quality of the finish inside the unit and the size of the kitchen area. When remodeled the kitchen was enlarged and solid wood cabinets were run all the way up to the ceiling and a light colored granite countertop was installed. We also tiled the backsplash making this unit light and bright!

We offer extended stay discounts starting November 1st and ending March 1st on reservations that are 28 nights or more, and a full week discount on reservations that are 7 nights or more (Excluding peak season and holiday weeks) If your selected dates qualify for a discount the discount will automatically apply!

Crystal Shores amenities include Gulf access, an indoor/outdoor swim through pool, hot tub, game room with a pool table and foosball table, a great fitness center, two restrooms in the amenity area and a steam sauna room.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $300, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!
