Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Fall Break

This was a great week. The Sea Star should be the Shining Star. It was clean, cute, and current! The house was well stocked with great kitchen utensils and full appliances that worked well for us. We will be back!

Fall beach trip

The house was very nice. Great location. The bed frame on one of the beds broke during the night, we informed the property manager the next morning, and they had someone there within an hour to correct it. I would definitely stay here again.

First Family Vacation

My wife and I stayed here with our 11-month-old son for a week. The house was in a great location. It was the perfect distance from the crowds, but still close to all the shopping and food options. The home was completely updated and felt like a high-end private home. Everything was extremely cozy and clean. We could not have asked for anything better.

Great Location but bare minimum

My family of 8 adults all stayed comfortably at Jus Piddlin! We originally booked another house back in December but got a call two months before our trip that it was cancelled due to a pipe burst. So this was the house available during our stay. It’s a prime location! Not too busy and a perfect view! I would say the thing this VRBO is missing is details. You have to bring EVERYTHING. No sugar, coffee filters, beach towels, charcoal, etc. No rugs or personal touches which makes sense because this is a company owned and not family owned. The downstairs bathroom has a bit of a bug problem but all beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The fridge takes a long time to get cold enough to keep your items cold. We were nervous our milk and meat would go bad but after a couple days it got cold. I just think this VRBO could invest in a better fridge, rugs, better bath towels, and outdoor chairs that you can see the view when you sit outside. Overall we had a great time!

Beach Vacation

Our family two grown children, their spouses. Their children a total of 3 under the age of 7. We had a great stay. Even though we had to contact the owners a couple of times during our stay. They were very responsive both times. Once we requested a new hose to rinse off after coming back from the beach. The one that was originally there had multiple holes in it. They brought one over in a couple of hours. The second call was more serious as the air conditioner stopped working and a whole new unit had to be installed. The owners had a repair person there within a few hours and the new unit was installed by the end of the day. The pictures online make the house appear slightly larger than it actually was but I think that is the case with most Vrbo sites. We did have to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish washing soap. It was a bit of a hike to the ocean due to having to climb a sand dune to get to the beach. But all in all we had a wonderful vacation. The back deck was a favorite of the kids.

Anniversary Getaway

We had a very nice time staying at this property. Very clean, great location, and quiet during this time of year. We had a small issue with the door but the property manager and maintenance communicated with us promptly and got the issue resolved. This property surpassed our expectations

The Cocoa Cobana beach house was exceptionally clean and tidy upon arrival. The door keypad was extremely easy to use. The online property listing was described very accurately. The property manager was very responsive. When a smoke detector battery needed replacing, maintenance arrived shortly after I notified the property manager. All the appliances as well as the Wi-Fi functioned properly. The bed was comfortable. The A/C functioned well. We had a totally unobstructed view of the ocean and beachfront. The ocean was just a few feet from our front door and deck. The beach house and beach location were ideal and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time on the deck as well as the beach. The property surpassed our expectations, and we plan to return, hopefully to the same property.

Great Property!

Cocoa's Cabana is a great property. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, etc. We just have two suggestions: a pair of scissors for hard-to-open packages from the store and a working vacuum or electric broom for sweeping up sand. The one provided spit out more sand than it picked up. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we would definitely rent this property again!

Great Memories in a great home

Had a wonderful time at this home. Although I was confused with some of the details. It was stated that I could check in early if the home was ready but I would be charged $150 if I checked in prior to 4:00pm. My husband and I unpacked our belongings and placed them on the porch. By looking into the window, we could clearly see that the home was ready for our arrival but no one notified us for an early check in or stated that we were allowed to do so. Shower curtain in the back left bathroom fell on my husband twice while showering. He placed the spring rod back up as best he could but it needs to be secured in with a stronger permanent rod. Front Cover porch has older flooring than the rest of the porch. I would HIGHLY recommend sandals at all times. My husband wished he had his hammer there to pound the older nails into the floor so no one would cut their feet. Some of the nails were a safety issue but I thought they would be replaced/repaired due to the recent storms. But none of these issues deterred us from having the best time ever. And yes, I would rent this wonderful home again. Thank you!

Perfect place

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay! The house was clean, well stocked, roomy, and perfectly nestled on the beach! We had a wide age range from toddler, teenagers, to adults and the house was perfect for everyone. We would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to booking again.
