Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 702A is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with beautiful views of the Gulf from the 7th floor of the 'A' building.

• Access to the balcony from the living room

• 16" tile throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home.

• Washer and dryer in the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed. Please note that there is no door to the bedroom.

• ​There is no cable throughout the unit, you will need to have your own streaming devices.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with lockbox onsite!

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking Passes purchased by the guest at the on-site office: $25 each, limit 2 ***Beginning 9/1/24, parking passes increase to $30 each, as do the boat launch fee.***

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The description is misleading, the refrigerator does not work well, the ice maker does not work,things promised in the add is not there, bed in couch is broke, property is for sale so realtor and strangers roaming while not there and or while there, balcony unsafe due to broke and loose tiles

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. This unit was extremely clean and met all of our needs. Our favorite part was just sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. There was prompt and detailed communication from the host regarding our stay which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be planning another trip very soon.

Great Location
Everything was as described. The only thing was the balcony. There were some cracks in the tile, and it moved a little when you walked on it. The only other thing I would suggest to the owners is to make sure there are clean sheets on the pull out sofa. There was sand in the sheets. Other than that, everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great week of vacation!!!!
The condo was great. It was the perfect place for me and my girlfriend to get away for the week. The property has a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and is only a short walk from the beach. The location is fantastic. it’s close enough to the beach bars and other attractions that getting to any of them is no hassle but it’s far enough away that the beach across from the property isn’t to crowded. I would 100 percent come back to this condo and have already suggested it to some of my family.

It was a beautiful place to stay! Great view, easy access to the beach. Also only a couple minutes from the public beach. It was a perfect size for having 2 small kids and my husband and myself. I would recommend to anyone wanting to go to the gulf shores! Beautiful pool as well.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everyone was super sweet. The pool area was so fun. We enjoyed the room, but the furniture wasn’t as nice as we had hoped. Our 2 year old, slept on the couch pullout. It was described as 4 people could sleep in the condo we rented. I don’t think it would be ideal for 4 people even for older kids. The couch was very uncomfortable. We used all the available pillows for him to sleep on it. Other than that, we really liked it, and we can’t wait to be back next year.

Stayed for a few days, great area, quiet but close enough to the beachy parties. Great view of the beach! The people were nice! The only thing that needs to change, the bed. It was uncomfortable, but would 1000% stay again!

The property at Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club was tidy, had a well-stocked kitchen, and had a GREAT view of the Gulf (we saw dolphins and rays from the balcony each day!). It is the perfect location for a couple who loves to walk the beach and enjoys peace and quiet.

Stay was not all bad but expected to get amenity advertise.
The hot tub advertised was not in operation. The attendant in the office said they had to close it because of chips. How long does it take to fix this?. Also, there was only one elevator working for most of the 7 story building. She said that this was do to the hurricane and was waiting to be waiting for repairs, A resident I talked to said this has been out since last September, he also said the one working elevator is not dependable. The attendant I talked to on Monday morning was not very pleasant. We could use an adjustment.

Great location, beach access, beach views. No crib or playpen to accommodate a toddler, equipped with pull out sofa, but needed something more secure for a toddler to sleep in. Could rent your own crib for extra expense. Loved the shopping carts for loading and unloading your cargo. Only one elevator worked throughout the entire stay. No shallow wading pool for little ones. Overall stay was good, but could have used extra pillows for the bed.

We were very happy with our condo. My only complaint was the elevator though I heard one was knocked out by a hurricane. I wasn’t thrilled about $25 for a parking permit. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful and Quiet Location in Gulf Shores
This property has everything you need for a lovely, relaxing time on the beach - walking, bike riding, fishing, shelling , kite flying and reading your favorite book on the shores of the the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This area has a lot to offer for food, shopping and things to do. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can watch the sun rise and set while drinking your favorite beverage. The decor seems to have been recently updated. I found the bed and sofa very comfortable. The Itrip staff in Orange Beach were professional, friendly, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They certainly make your trip planning and stay more enjoyable. Thank you for a memorable winter vacation in Alabama!
