Gulf Tower 3B, located at 1051 West Beach Boulevard, is a beautifully updated two bedroom, two bathroom unit that can sleep up to six people. The master suits contains a king size bed, the guest room has a queen size bed and there is even a sofa bed on the enclosed balcony! With three TVs, a DVD player and WiFi you are sure to stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. There is a washer and dryer and a full kitchen for your convenience. The before mentioned enclosed balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee for sunrise or and cocktail for sunset while you take in all the sounds, scents and sights of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Tower is in a prime Gulf Shores location. 1.5 miles from the popular Hangout and public beaches and 3 miles to the Gulf State Park & Pier. Not to mention the proximity to all the best dining and shopping this island has to offer! With its amazing beach front location access to the our white sandy beaches is a breeze! Aside from the fantastic coastal views, there is also an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, exercise room and free WiFi in the Club Room for your use and pleasure. This location does have an elevator for ease of access throughout the building.

We’ve stayed in this unite multiple times. The access to the beach and property location make it ideal. The management office is great with easy check in/out process.

Best Condo
Loved our stay- the condo, the furniture and decor, the location, the pool, and the rental company. It was perfect! Two small negatives: the kitchen isn’t stocked with ANY baking pans at all and the sofa bed is provided with twin sheets instead of full size.. and the mattress on it cannot be used it’s in such poor condition. But overall it was worth it and a great condo!!

Left something to be desired
Bender Realty staff was friendly and helpful. However, The Gulf Tower Condo 3b left something to be desired for the following reasons 1-the beach was eroded to half the size of the year before and the rental advertisement did not tell us there was limited beach 2-the white sofa was stained badly with something red. Bender agreed to send a cleaner but we put a quilt over it so we wouldn’t have the disruption 3-one of the two elevators was out of service and the other had a work in progress appearance. 4-the hallway ceiling panels had been removed exposing wiring and other mechanics which gave an appearance that the building was in disrepair 5-the dishwasher easily slid out of its place because it was not installed properly So while my family had fun, we paid more than the accommodations were worth Would I stay at Gulf Tower again? Most likely not.

Great location, excellent beach access. Condo outdated and dirty. Parking extremely limited and difficult with large SUV. Single fob was inconvenient. Cookie sheet for pizza would’ve been helpful.

The condo needed a serious cleaning there was hair everywhere. There was only one roll of toilet paper and the garbage bags were small and cheap tearing easily. We didn’t like only being able to have 1 vehicle per condo especially when the parking lot wasn’t even half full. We won’t be returning again.

This condo was in the best location. Steps from the beach. The condo looked well kept on VBRO. But: bed in master has loud and growling box spring. The mattress dipped at the head. Can use new matress. Toilets sit really low for 60 + it was hard sitting and getting up! Tub surround was old, warn. Bath could use reno. Kitchen was functional but could use some updating. Location, TVs and sunroom were great! Beach views were second to none The office personnel were readily available and nice. A Nance

Great unobstucted view.
The unit could use a deep cleaning. The cleaning staff needs to take a little more time. would have been nice if the property were aired out before we arrived. It was not filthy but needs a thorough cleaning. The view from the balcony was great. Close to everything on the main strip.

Over all our experience was good. I did not appreciate the Realty coming into the property without first informing me. Not once but twice. We did not have a dishwasher the whole time because it broke with the previous owners. Which was not a big deal but we did purchase paper products to not have as many dishes. Over all I would stay here again because we love the location of the property
