did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking since i was a guest had your hotel, and the 18 dollar breakfast was a little steep, most of your hotel has a free breakfast.

The property was great and there was more then enough places to choose from for meals etc, not to mention delivery services. As for the hotel the only thing really that was la king was the internet which they are fixing to help with phone calls etc, and their building a new lazy pool and bar area which is going to be awesome! Staff were incredibly nice and breakfast was perfect every morning with more then enough room to be seated etc. **On a side note, had this booking company not gone through and not helped me extend our stay and then double booked me and then charged me a no show fee when we had been at the hotel for 3 days and for 2 more days to come, that would have been nice. Make sure you confirm everything that’s being booked because this booking company WILL NOT help you and they WILL charge your card without saying a word to you, the take days and multiple phone calls to get the funds back to you.

There ended up being hidden fees that were not disclosed upon arrival such as parking fees for parking in their parking lot. We had never encountered this in all of our travels. We had not been made aware that they were in a construction process replacing the pool and surrounding area. The noise was horrible during the day until about 6 or 7 in the evening. We enjoyed our time away but definitely not the hotel.

Property was renovating pool area. Balcony door was jimmied to ensure it would not open, thus balcony inaccessible. Room key wouldn’t work. Made several, ended up management opening and I was stuck in room unless I got them to open the door

All in all, it’s been a great hotel to stay at with very friendly staff ranging from the ladies at the front desk who the people that work at the breakfast and/or bar area and I cannot forget to mention maintenance, Chris was an incredible help today! - The morning breakfast has been good with everything ranging from your basic meal and then Some. Morning. Time they have eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, and more. Make sure to order the pancakes and/or waffles, they’re well worth it! If there’s two of you then one gets the Buffett and the other can get the pancake mean and y’all split everything. - Pool area is under construction, BUT you can use the pools at the neighboring facilities which take less than a few minutes to walk to. - Room was clean and had more then enough towels etc- They checked daily to make that we were good to go which was really cool.

Front desk are not very good in hospitality they will not treat you like a guest if you will book in third party like hotel.com coz we specifically ask the beach view but they said third party booking doesn't show the real view so they let us in a pool view that is under construction

Our "couple," trip was one of the best experiences weve ever had. Hotel on the beach. Price was great for a weekend, at that! My only "negative," was the carpet in our room. Not good for beach property and you can see its old. I am grateful that they are pet friendly, there is a $75 non refundable fee, so keep that in mind. My favorite part of the hotel experience was the food and drinks. Our bartender, Carmen was wonderful and makes the best "carmarita," (margarita) I've ever had! The cook, Collin, out did himdelf on our steak dinner! The steak was one of the best Ive had! And the price was even better. If i was local, Id be in for dinner, weekly. The pool is closed due to construction. A lazy river and tiki bar, coming soon! Even though the hotel is a little older and not real big, its one of my favorites. Weve stayed in many hotels in OB, but this takes the cake on top teir service, and food. We will definitely be back!
