They gave my room away before I even got there and refused to do anything when I showed up after a 4 hour drive, with 2 kids and nowhere to stay. Front desk clerk was rude, and refused to let me speak with management.

Beachfront access was great, pool was nice and kept very clean. Beds were not really comfy and there were small spiders behind one of the bed frames.

The only thing I didn’t like is my breakfast wasn’t free they wanted $18 each for hotel breakfast that’s to much when I’ve already paid almost $600 for 3 nights of stay it should’ve been free.

We had a nice stay at this property. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean but had a bit of a musty smell, however this is quite common for a beach hotel. It was an easy walk to the beach. The covered parking was nice, but spaces were limited, so probably not as easy to park there on a weekend. I did not like the fact that the hotel breakfast buffet was $18 pp, so we opted for Waffle House instead. Overall we were pleased with our stay there and would consider staying again in the future.

Great little getaway

The bed was a little hard and they indicated free wifi yet they wanted me to pay for it. Don't advertise free if its not. Cell service was awful so it would have been great to have that wifi. Otherwise my stay was wonderful!

I love the Hilton Garden Inn it was quaint not too big staff was very friendly easy parking choices of dining in and love the atmosphere I will definitely stay there again

I liked that it was located on the beach and they had a pool.. what i didn’t like was my room had roaches and the tv didn’t work. They wasn’t able to give me another room so I had to call and book another hotel..

We stayed 2 nights. This was our 3rd stay in this hotel. We checked in around 10 pm. Staff were very friendly. I couldn't get my wifi to connect in my room so the lady at the front desk helped me (even though her relief had arrived and technically she did not have to help). The breakfast was good, our server was so sweet. Room was clean and cool! Now the bad, unfortunately our floor, room and balcony smelled so much like Marijuana. Having traveled to much bigger cities, I know this is a common problem but for a fairly small hotel, I hope they can identify ways to prevent such smells in the future. We did not have toilet paper or towels on our 2nd day and it took 3 calls and nearly 2 hours for them to be delivered to our room.
