Phoenix Gulf Shores 1604 is LUXURY four (4) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, 1950 sq. ft. direct EAST END CAP, GULF FRONT condo in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Three (3) vehicles maximum allowed for this unit. $55 each and are to be purchased on site upon arrival.

There is a large open living space in this beautiful BEACH FRONT condo. The living room features two cream leather sofas, 2 cozy chairs, a large HDTV, and views from every angle. There is a formal dining area with seating for 6 and a designer chandelier. There is additional bar seating for 4 at the kitchen counter bar.

The custom design kitchen completely updated with granite counter tops, custom back splash, stainless steel appliances, dark wood cabinets, and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Just off from the kitchen is a wet bar with a standalone ice maker to make your favorite drink.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed with designer headboard, storage, a HDTV, and private access to the balcony. The Master Bathroom vanity has double sinks, granite counter tops, a large custom tile shower, and large soaking tub for relaxing.

The first Guest Bedroom has a King bed, clothing storage, and a HDTV. The private guest bedroom has plenty of storage and a custom tile shower.

The third and fourth bedrooms both have two (2) Queen beds, Easterly beach views, and HDTVs hung on the wall. These bedrooms share and Jack & Jill bathroom with a double sink vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

Enjoy magnificent beach views from either of the comfy chairs or love seat couch on the balcony or sit in one of the new composite high top table and chairs to feel the gulf breeze on your face.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) vehicles maximum allowed for this unit. $55 each and are to be purchased on site upon arrival. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The location of the condo is perfect. It is a corner unit so the views are fabulous. It was nice because it had boogie boards and other beach toys and chairs in the unit. We left an umbrella so they have that now too.

Condo was in great shape. Very clean. Views were amazing. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of room. Great location, we could walk to all of restaurants. There was also a little grocery across the street that was very convenient. Only suggestion to owners would be they need to buy additional dinner plates.

The condo was beautiful. So much space, all of the comforts of home, with the addition of a fabulous view and right on the beach! The property owner let us know to bring TP, as they just offer a roll for each bathroom. It was super low quality, so bring your favorite kind from home and you’ll thank yourself! Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay. Overall it is well maintained and is a great location. It accommodated our group of 9 well. A small note was there was sand in the drawers, cleaning crew likely overlooks this. We also were surprised to learn we had to pay for parking as it appeared on VRBO 2 parking spots were included and I had even inquired about additional parking and it was never mentioned. We would stay here again as overall it was a great place.

Very nice property. The view is amazing! One or two minor issues. The master bath toilet ran constantly. We had to fiddle with the handle to get it to stop. The owner should also make it clear that there is an approximately $35 parking fee for the week. We found out about that at check-in. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable.

Great Condo in Gulf Shores
Overall this was a great condo and we would stay again. The location is great ANAD you can’t beat the view from this condo. The only issue we had was that it wasn’t as clean as we expected from a high end property. The rug in the living room is filthy and should be replaced and it didn’t look like it or the floors had been cleaned before we checked in. The property manager did offer to send someone up to clean but we declined the offer and did it ourselves.
