This was a delightful spot to stay. It was clean, quiet and well kept. The only negatives - such as they were- was the rather expensive price and the fact the bed was not a queen size, although it was called a queen suite. Is certainly return again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and tipped us off as to where we could see bears. We saw a mama and 3 cubs!

Great people, Deana, Maggie, Christina, Fatima were all so helpful and understanding when my hubby was not feeling well. They offered a later checkout for us, so he could rest longer. Also we decided to stay an extra night to just.chill out before we ferry back to Juneau.

It would have been nice if the property had a dining facility. At 5:30 pm on a Wednesday night in July, there were only 2 restaurants open. The room was fine, though could have used better lighting.

Comfortable hotel, dogs welcome

The beds were comfortable. They made my dog feel very welcome with a welcome package for the dog, we didn't need it but it was welcoming. The only drawback was we were put on the street side it was noisy in the morning so my dog barked at the noise which made us get up early.

No housekeeping for an entire week we were there. We had to take dirty towels down to the desk every day for new towels, rude receptionist, not open in mornings for coffee until 8:00 and no breakfast at all! Also expensive for no services!

Yes it was a nice place to stay. One of the newer hotels. Only thing still waiting on my refund from them. Check your receipt and card to see if you get refunded.

The hotel and staff were very nice. It’s in a great location for downtown and you can also easily walk to the fair grounds. They provide you with pots, dishes and a stove top. We did have a problem with the bathroom in one room not working. The staff did their best to fix it, but going to a Beer Festival with no working bathroom was quickly a problem. We had to go down to the lobby to every time. I was originally told I would get $20 off my $518 bill, then was promised $60 and in the end my credit card shows only $30. I’m not sure what happened there. Had the bathroom been working I would have given a 5 star and obviously this a fluke incident and I would still stay there in the future.
