This hotel needs a whole makeover. We had two different rooms and they both smelled like mold. The sheets smelled like they were mildewed. The breakfast buffet was inedible. We were very disappointed.

The lady at the front desk upon check in needs training in her tone. At times she would be kind but then seemed irritated with everyone in line. They were running late getting rooms ready as there were only 2 people cleaning. That is understandable but when the customer ahead of me asked more about that she got super irritated. An "I'm really sorry" would have gone a long way. Then in the room the furniture was stained and gross. I will not stay here again. The ladies at the front desk the next morning were really sweet!

Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. The overall property is not in good condition. The rooms are okay but if you look around they’re pretty dirty in some areas. The breakfast buffet is not good either, the coffee is not consumable and the food choices are definitely not good. I stayed there a few years ago and it was much better, it has really declined. The surrounding area is suspect also, probably not super dangerous, but you’re definitely noticing that it’s not nice either. The employees there definitely need some support to bring this hotel back to good condition.
