You can walk to 3 of Southampton outstanding restaurants with outside dining. Several other waterfront restaurants plus Southampton beaches are a short drive away. Conveniently located in Hampton Bays with local food and grocery delivery. This unit also has a finished basement, washer , dryer, a semi private backyard, and front porch.
