Rooms smelled and were not clean. The sheets had pee stains. We did not have room service and constantly had to ask for towels at the front desk.

The corridors to the room on the third floor were carpeted, but covered in stains and smelled. The whole hallway and doorways felt really grubby. So it was a relief to open the door to the room and find it was surprisingly clean and the bed was comfortable. Little to no amenities in the room but didn't really expect much. While the room was comfortable, the overall condition of the hallways will likely mean I look for a different hotel next time. Thought I would try it because I arrived late and left early.

This hotel has a very rude employee who should be fired and his behavior not tolerated. I was getting complimentary breakfast with my family. This guy was rude to another guest’s son right before me. A minute went by and I was at the waffle maker. You have to use a cup for the batter. I was standing there waiting for them to finish and my cup was in front of me. He walks up to me and says is that your cup (which is a obvious question)? I said yes. He pointed to the garbage and said that’s where the garbage is, rudely like can’t figure out. I wasn’t even done, so he was making an assumption I would leave it there. Any other person or place just cleans up, it’s part of the job. You don’t yell at every guest, especially if they innocently do something or before they even have a chance to throw something away. I told him to stop talking to me that way and instead of apologizing, he got in my face and started arguing with me. The other guest told him he is rude and was yesterday too to her family and other guests. He kept arguing with her and would never consider the fact if multiple people have a problem with you, it might be you. Then this employee went to the front desk so I couldn’t complain and made sure to talk badly about me loud enough so I could hear it. The front desk did not tell him to stop or admonish him for his behavior like they should. I’ve never heard of such behavior, especially for he could have left alone.

I've stayed here before and it's a good value, however, I was not pleased with the intense odor of pot down the length of my hallway. It entered my room beneath the door and lasted for hours all evening. . ased with the intense odor

It was easy to get to. Lots of parking. Very Clean. no hot water. No help from management. Tub side high just about fell nothing to hold onto-scared me.no daily clean - I love daily clean room.-nope just a smiling head shaking manager. complaints not really taken care of. did get towels change if we went down & got them.

Adequate lodging right next to the airport. Relatively quiet. Not pristine. Not the only lodging this trip that didn’t supply adequate towels for the number of guests. Is this a new trend?!

Staff was friendly, cooperative and accommodated our change request. That's the only positive. Other than than everything else was not satisfactory. Not so clean; for our room corridor light got into our room from gaps in front-door. No amenities compared to other Wyndham locations. I wouldn't go there again

Hotel is aging for sure but clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint was the strong perfume smell. My husband has allergies and the smell although not a bad smell made it very difficult to get to sleep.
