The lady who checked us in was super sweet. The room had wallpaper pealing and the bathtub and chips in it. Other than that our stay was great.

WONDERFUL EXPEREIENCE!
Our stay at La Quinta was much better than expected! To be very honest, I was a little concerned about not the greatest rating (3.9/5), but I'm glad to find out this place proved my worries were unnecessary. The wonderful experience began with an easy online pre-check in which was a quick process that save us lots of time when checking in with multiple luggages. There were nice front desk staff to greet us with delicious welcome cookies. Also, it's always a big plus to have plenty of parking spaces and convient location close to everywhere. I was super surprised to see that the rooms had a clean, decent sized fridge that wasn't too tiny, along with a microwave in the room, a sanitizing alcohol wipes for TV remote control, and a makeup remover wipe in the bathroom. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. They also offered included breakfast which was from 7 - 11am, with variety of very delicious options to choose from, my favorite was definitely the waffles! Would highly recommend for families, friends, and couples!

There was hair in the shower from the previous guest behind the splash guards. There were 2 guests registered and only 3 bath towels. We were early risers and didn't want to bother having to go ask for more but perhaps having 4 towels would be beneficial so.guests don't have to ask.

I like to leave reviews that are helpful for someone when booking a room. I was attending my daughter’s wedding in the area and it was in a very convenient location between my daughter’s house and the venue. Accommodations: the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were small in size. The water pressure in the shower was very decent. The size of the room (I had a king size bed) was also a decent size.

I rarely give a bad review and I can overlook a lot of things depending on price paid . I should have paid more attention to reviews about the “ moldy smell “ reviews . The air quality in our room and hall was awful . We had to sleep with window open ( no screen) to be able to stand it . No way were we putting on the air/heat unit in room to blow more stale air around . Also not very confident that these heating units cleaned often given the general state of the building . Room was basic but fine . Bed actually pretty good . Bathroom was old, moldy caulking around tub! Caulking is so easy to fix- never understand why maintenance/housekeeping doesn’t replace . Such an eye sore/unhealthy. Breakfast had good selection and attendant very quick to keep food replenished/wipe spills . Diner beside hotel was great . Lots of choice and very reasonable . Overall I wouldn’t recommend . Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else .

Cookies & coffee on arrival, nice diner right next door, pool, hot tub, comfortable bed, gas stations nearby & easy access to highway...what more could a traveler ask for? Friendly service and a nice hot breakfast...it was ALL good! Will definitely stay here again!
