Let’s face it. Who is anyone to complain if the nightly rate is about the average daily cost of renting and apartment. So smoking cigarettes was more important than checking people in. So the mattress was so minimal is qualified as a mattress but has more potential as a bed spring symphony if you know what I mean. So the shower had some dust. It was more the manageable and reasonable to stay at. This is my third stay. A place to sleep and that function is served.

Bad service. Terrible bfast . Dirty

As we arrived no one was at the reception. After calling a lady with a bad attitude and a strong smoke smell showed up and gave us the key. Hotel had a mold smell Bfast was old coffee and mini muffins. That’s it . This hotel should not advertise Free breakfast !!!

We feel that front desk staff did a great job, especially when you consider that they were also working the motel 6 next door. Don't know how that works when it gets busy, so we felt good especially considering this.

The gentleman that set up the coffee was the nicest and most helpful staff member we met. Some Lights in our room did not work and nothing was done when reported. No soap or amenities were in the room till I found a housekeeper . Therd was also an alcoholic beverage left in the regrigerator.

Clean and comfortable - good night's sleep! Potential guests should note that "free coffee & breakfast item" is an apt description (and only one option was available). Plan to purchase breakfast elsewhere.

Budget option - Don't expect a 5 start hotel

This is a budget, no frills hotel. We needed one in a pinch and this fit the bill. Dingy and beaten down a bit and in need of repair - but at under $100 a night, we didn't expect much. The breakfast is coffee and muffins. at night the desk attendant splits their time between this hotel and the motel 6 next door so i did feel a little unsafe that there was no front desk attendant - but then again, we are in the middle of Hershey PA, so its probably very safe. Don't expect luxury and the price reflects it.
