Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Typically when we stay at a hotel the AC unit is not always working well, but this unit work GREAT and kept us comfortable all night.

This is a review of Tru. The bedding is horrendous. We had basically three sheets. No blanket or duvet with ant weight. We had 3 pillows for a king size bed. The bed was comfortable but they need to rethink the bedding and pillow situation. My other complaint was the bathroom smelled like urine and there was a strange smell throughout the room

Not the greatest experience. Needed a good nights sleep for a busy next day. The floor would have felt the same as the bed. Like sleeping on a box spring. The heating system was all over. Warm until over the set temp then blew cold until heat kicked in again Going back to Marriott or Hampton Inn
