I loved how convenient the location was from an event I attended. What I didn’t like was how old, used, dirty the room was. The bathroom knobs were all loose and detached from the wall. The floor rug felt humid and disgusting. The lounge chair was dingy, dirty and old. And the beds were a little sunk in and very uncomfortable.

The hotel has 2 elevators, one was out of service and the other one only worked to go up. To come down to the lobby you need to use the stairs. When I checked in the front desk person didn’t even said hi or welcome. Very rude. The room door wasn’t locking so I had to go to the front desk. The same person at the front desk didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience. He handled the new room key. The worst customer service ever received by a hotel staff. Will never stay there again.
