The place was clean. They even cleaned the room and made up the bed during the day which is rare these days. The walls were a bit thin though, we could hear the tv from the next room.

One star for cleanliness is way too much. The place is disgustingly dirty. Towels were dirty with stains on them, there supposed to be white and there brown looking and worn out, the toilet had dried piss on it with other nasty stuff, the bathroom mirror dirty, floors and bathtub was gross with hair and visible dirt on it, and the sink was gross. This place does a very poor job with cleaning. You can tell they don’t clean at all after people’s stay.

LIES AND SCAM.
On the website i had reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub. I paid more for this room than a regular room. When i arrived i was charged the higher price. Went to my room and there was no jacuzzi. Went to the front desk, i was promised a refund down to the price for the cheaper room. The refund was never even processed.

Was out in the handicap accessible room, which we did not ask for. Bathroom was barely cleaned. Towels looked old and brown colored. Only one bar of soap. Shampoo tube was partially used.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing ((( the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and had hair in the sink. The fridge was leaking. And the windows were not safe to open and had no screens. And this smells… I do not recommend!

My stay was okay, doing a solo trip so nothing special. The hotel did nothing wrong but the other guests that were staying there didnt respect others. Hearing knocking on doors in the middle of the night can scare anyone especially if its the room next door.

I would say you get what you pay for, but this place is still overpriced. Room was not cleaned before we arrived, or at any point in our stay. The only reason we knew room service even stopped by is that our towels for 3 people kept going down to 2 towels. We reminded the front desk we had 3 guests, and even spoke to the room service and they said “each room gets two towels” so keep that in mind if you plan to have more than 2 to a room… which they allow you to do…

This place was not a good experience. The deadbolt lock was broken, and the “free breakfast” was bagels, cereal, and muffins. The juice machine was broken too. Absolutely horrible!
