Older hotel. Mattress was not new. It was just ok. Hotel is very clean. Smells clean. Just old. Looking for no frills comfort stay. This is the place.

Convenient location however very thin walls

The walla are extremely thin. We could clearly hear the words being said in the room next door. Throughout the evening, we were woken up by the noises next door, which was so clear and loud, it sounded like it was in our room.

Decent Hotel Bad Staff

This hotel is problematic. I knew check-in was at 3, but I got to the hotel at 2:30. I was told there was no early check-in. I said OK and got my car washed. I got back around 2:50. Now there were two women. I was tolf told my rooms wouldn’t be ready until 3:20. I guess I can’t check in early but checking in late is fine for them. I just wanted to check in when they told me I could check in. They were both so rude to me. One was really rude, I asked for their names and she says no. She argued, was sarcastic, petty. I was shocked. I got my room at around 3:10 and it was fine. I go to check out and I hand the same woman my key card and simply say I’d like my receipt please. She tells me that because I booked through hotels.com they don’t give receipts. I said I paid the hotel deposit and she still wouldn’t give me a receipt. had to call customer tells to get my receipt. This is an ok hotel but the staff is just rude.

Hotel is newly remodeled, but service lacking.

We booked our stay through a third party vendor for 2 separate 2-day stays. In both cases, the room we booked was not honored although the hotel did offer a different room at the same price. Both check in associates did not seem to be able to answer our questions on why a room switch was made. On the plus side...the hotel is remodeled and clean.

I called the hotel 3 times before the arrival and the. 3 times was left on hold. They never attended me. The room was smelling awful. The carpet was months of accumulated dirty. The bathroom was also smelling bad and found out that the curtain (made of cloth) was not washed. After the first night I expected to have house keeping cleaning the room but it did not happen. When complaint about it, the receptionist said that she did not what happened and that she did not have anybody to solved the issue. The apology was light. I will never book this hotel chain again.

worst with a hotel ever

I couldn’t even stay and wasted $165 because of the incidental fee hold they put on your card and they don’t accept cash for it. Then you can’t get a refund even though you weren’t able to check in. The people at the front desk were zero help as well.
