Clean room on 2nd level. Toilett seat burned with cigarettes, same the blanket on the bed, bathroom smoky although it is a non- smoker room

Bad smoke smelling rooms.

Rooms that stink of smoke, despite being labelled as none smoking. We had 2 rooms, and left with all our belongings smelling like smoke. When we mentioned the smell to reception, they just said "yeah we know". Bathroom in bad condition - toilet seat peeling.

Bathroom light smashed and not working, flies all over the area,and in room,crowd of peolpe just lounging around the area of my room,room very small;

The bed was made up with the blanket under the sheet (and the blanket did not appear particularly clean). What a strange policy of Mote 6 to make up beds like no one else does it??
