The room was very basic but there was no plug in the bath and when I asked I was told it would be sorted, it wasn't. The staff could not have cared less. There was a bar of soap and no other toiletries. It is obviously a long term stay for unhoused people as the car park was full of cars in disrepair filled with belongings.
