Moldy carpet in hallway Room walls and paint cracking and falling apart Coffee but no coffee maker Shower dripped water all night but would not turn on to get a shower. Advertises a bar on premises but is closed due to coronavirus. Bathroom fan falling out of ceiling and very noisy

This has been the worst place I’ve stayed at. it’s not clean and the rooms are infested with roaches and bed bugs. I now have to throw away my clothes due to this happening. I’d like to take this to court!

Property was worth the amount paid... it was good overall but some things seemed concerning, the tile in the ceiling was dripping and soaking wet it looked like it going to collapse andy any time.

Filthy, noise and Stinky

This place should be demolished or get renovated. Stop offering it as a hotel. It's filthy, stinky, noisy and not habitable. It's a slum. The room given to me had not been cleaned. It seemed like somebody had just left the two beds in a hurry. When I came back to the reception to complain, another guest was complaining too. Some guests were in the room given to him. They were registered under his name and he didn't know them. I was given another room that the lamps didn't work. I was getting ready to look for another hotel but it was already too late in the night to get another hotel. The next morning, I went to town and when I returned, somebody has been in my room and left the door unlocked. I went out for lunch and when I returned, the door has jammed and the key won't work. The lobby carpet looked like someone painted it with mud. The stench was horrible as soon as you open the main entrance door. There were children running around and making noise. The noise from the next room continued all night until 5am the next morning. I could hear every word they uttered. The kitchen has been closed for a long time and not functional. There is no free breakfast or any meals at all. The bed cover had holes in them. This is a horrible place that has potentials but the owner has just abandoned it, it seems. It was a nightmare. I need my money back or I would never book a hotel again through Hotels.com. This is bad advertising and need to be reported to FTC. This shack needs to close.
