Stayed in Bridal Suite, a large expansive room, well appointed with a couch, desk, lazy boy lounge, and large bath with wonderful toiletries. Downside is the street noise due to it’s proximity to Route 4.

In the first place this is not a place I booked. I went to the my hotel of choice only to be told that wasn’t place. I was directed here and the reservation was confirmed. There was no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. However the staff was friendly and I had assistance from one of them. This wasn’t my ideal hotel I booked otherwise it was okay

The room looked nice. The bed was aweful. I was in pain all night by my back, because of the softness of the bed. No room service for our 2 day stay. No handles in the bathroom or by the toilet. Shower was slippery. There were no elevators in this Inn. 3 floors with no elevator. What a joke!! Never again here…

Lovely building and very polite staff. The room was clean and spacious with very comfortable bedding and pillows. Coffee and breakfast were great. on the downside, The carpets are very worn in places like stair treads, and in places needs cleaning. The door stop in the bathroom has disintegrated and melted down the wall which looks very shabby, also the grout along the tub needs to be replaced. I totally disagreed with being charged almost $18 on top of the pricey room charge to use a workout facility that we didn’t use. That should be an option with a separate pass, in my opinion. Besides these issues, I would’ve given it five stars.

Loved the property and the room was great. Staff was very nice and the breakfast and cheese/snacks were tasty. Felt more like hotel experience from the past - wanting to make it a special experience for the people staying there
