It took an hour to take a bath bc the water pressure was low for 4 whole days. The staff did not inform me and the issue was not resolved during my stay. Oan, the breakfast was great with variety and the rooms were very clean. I also love the decor.

This was a nice hotel for the price, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the one problem we had was with the water pressure. For some reason, the water pressure started getting low ,and then the showers would stop working altogether. They resolved the issue eventually but took so long to do so.

I was initially placed in Room 202, which had a weird smell, but I chose to ignore it because I was exhausted from an 8 hour drive. My son and I were awakened by roaches crawling on us in our beds. We were then moved to Room 325. No roaches, but the shower's water pressure was non-existent. The small stream of water that did flow was ice cold. Horrible experience!! I will NEVER stay at this property again, and I suggest no one else does either.

Wish we could have closed the curtains, they are bolted to the track that prevents them from closing. This was not helpful since cars parked in the Wendy’s parking lot all night and morning shining lights right into our room.

Overall, a convenient and quiet place to overnight. There was a minor maintenance problem in my room: There was no soap dish or shelf in the shower. So soap/shampoo had to be put on the shower floor and picked up each time.

As others have noted, our room had a strong smell of mold/mildew. Also, no view through windows as condensation between glass covered all windows. I looked from the outside and all rooms had some form of condensation. Nothing else about this property matters when you are worried about your health. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very comfortable room. Some of the furniture was dated and worn and needed to be replaced. Service was excellent!!! Older lady (wish I could remember her name, African American) working the front desk from 3-11 was amazing!!! I can’t say enough nice things about her. We had a newborn with us and she went out of her way to make our stay was very comfortable. .

The front desk staff was great. However, the person at breakfast was very rude. I was fixing my breakfast and she came and shut all the lights off at 8:58am, started picking things up as I was using them and slamming things as if to let me know how terrible I was for fixing my breakfast so close to closing time.
