Walked in the building to check in and promptly walked out. Smelled horrible. Looked like something out of a horror movie. People outside looked like they lived there and got a smell of pot as soon as walking up to the doors. It was non refundable but I was not staying there. Didn’t even make it up to the room. Do not stay here.

Being in the transition between summer and fall, took a couple days for them to switch the air handling system from cooling to heat. Shower had great water pressure, but lukewarm at best. Has been better in the past.

Very helpful staff. Not happy with Roku TV as it was impossible to find News channels. Also, we had to leave a day early and booking with Expedia wasn’t helpful as they have to return the money and it’s impossible to get in touch with them. Better to book direct with a hotel!!!

The rooms were very clean. The first room we went to smelled of smoke and they moved us to a much nicer room. The linens were very nice, towels were adequate. Public areas were very basic kind of old. Very good for the money. The room was clean and big and everything worked. Right off the expressway and a really good 7-Eleven across the street

Overall ok, disintersted check in and check out, not welcoming, not thankful at check out. No coffee at the Cafe or anywhere else and had to pay for one in the morning. My children’s room was smoky, they should have been told that it was a smoking room. Thursday night was not crowded at all, but they still gave them a smoky room, THAT IS HORRIBLE! Staff at check-in were immature and not satisfying to customer, young man and young lady.

This hotel is in poor shape. It needs a complete overhaul and update. The lobby was dark and had a bizarre navigation to the front desk. In the room, the tv was not connecting to any network, and the bathtub and sink had some weird hardened substance smeared on it. The bed was comfortable, but only when I wasn’t woken up suddenly by loud people in the hallway at 2am. Overall, I would stay somewhere else next time. The staff was friendly however.
