Room had a funky smell to it. Even the bedding smelled gross. Carpet in room was greasy feeling. Hall carpet had big stains all over. I have stayed here in the past and it has never been so gross. It definitely has gone down hill. But the desk staff was friendly and professional. I didn't complain because I didn't have the energy to and didn't want to sound like a Karen.

Maintenance is lacking and you can tell they do not care about upkeep they just want the money. Hotel doors to the property were broken. Frigerator was not working and room was not that clean. Carpet needed cleaning and drain to sink was stopped up. Owner does not care about upkeep. No ice maker!!

Not so super

We booked through Hotels.com - reviews were decent bur stated the place was outdated. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was not cleaned from the previous stay... we were switched to a different room where there was toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom and dirty sink. We cleaned it up and settled in. Tv did not work - front desk came and tried to fix it but couldn't. We were told we would get a refund for our troubles but nobody was at the reception desk when checking out. Contacted Hotels.com and they couldn't get ahold of the hotel either to allow for the refund..

Pleasant stop

After driving 15 hrs this place was a welcome sight! Clean and quiet at night. The only improvement would be to have more outlets available

This stay was HORRIFIC! Spiders in the room, lukewarm-cold water for showering, staff who could care less about the lukewarm water situation, giving suggestions like "wait till tomorrow and the boiler may be ok then" AND "cold showers are better for your skin anyway" Had to run water thru the coffee machine to get warm enough water to soak my dentures.

Another Super 8 by Wyndham, declined my credit card that worked fine before and after through a 10 day trip buying gas, rooms, meals everywhere else. Room maintenance items (light bulbs) left behind in room, had to as for second room because the first really smelled badly.

Staff was accommodating and very pleasant. The breakfast was quite satisfying. The room was clean and had all the amenities.

Location was convenient and it was the most affordable chain hotel in the area for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean but dated. The hallway carpets were stained. Bathroom was dated but the shower pressure was good. The air conditioning unit left much to be desired. It was extremely loud and there was no way to keep the fan running when the air kicked out. The beds were comfy enough and it was very quiet. The only noise in the room came from the neighbours pipes when using water. The room had the most bizarre feature - a master switch that controlled all the lights and plugs in the main room, including the TV so if you wanted to watch TV you had to have this extremely bright light bar on behind the TV. There was no way to switch it off separately. If you turned off the master switch, off went the light bar, TV and bedside lamp, plunging you into darkness. That also made charging phones impossible at night while sleeping because there was no power to the plug at the lamp. We had to charge one phone at the bathroom sink. Breakfast was just okay. Staff didn’t have a lot of energy or seem too concerned about guest comfort.
