Staff very courteous and helpful. Traveling with pets. They gave me a lower floor room to make it easier. Breakfast was awesome. If you left hungry your own fault. Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend. Will definitely return.
My family & I stayed the night as we had to visit an inherited property in the area. Not only is this place adorable, but it was everything we needed. It was extremely clean, comfortable, & home like. On top of it, the breakfast was great & the staff was extremely kind & accomidating. We will definitely stay here every time we are in the area as we deal with our inheritated property. A 10/10 for sure. It is older but very well maintained with necessary upgrades so it is not at all run down.

Only low rating is on condition because it is dated. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing GM and desk staff. Would highly recommend and stay again when passing through “middle of nowhere” Kansas 😍. My wife and I enjoyed our brief stay and San Juan’s Mexican restaurant up the road. GREAT VALUE-HIGLY RECOMMEND!!

I needed a last minute room and a really late check in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and was a quick check in process. The room was everything we needed for the night. Clean and cozy!

This seems to be a family run older place. Bed and bathroom clean, fairly new painted walls and bathroom update, but carpet dirty and stained, older, scuffed up wood furniture could be replaced. Staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent. Price was pretty low for the area, so considered this an ok place to stay.

TRAVELLERS BEWARE! this hotel was terrible they offer a home made breakfast and the roof didnt leak, those were about the only 2 good things about this place. To put it short and to the point, they charged me another 250 dollars for smoking in their room when my guests nor i smoke at all! When i tried to argue the fact they just hung up on me and refuse to give me my money back.

The breakfast was amazing! The room was great - clean, comfortable. We loved it. So the cattle processing place across the street was a little distracting, but to me it just added to the ambience! Loved it and would recommend it!
