The place looked liked it was falling apart from the outside. They gauged me on the price because of little league World Series 25 miles away. I will never stay there again

Run-Of-The-Mill Room, No Housekeeping

The front desk help was polite and efficient, the room, lobby, and breakfast area were clean. There were only two steel chairs with a small table in the room, there should have been those plus an easy chair. The light around the mirror didn't work, the plumbing fixtures in the shower were loose, the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, some paint was peeling. The room was clean when we arrived, but during a three-night stay there was no housekeeping whatsoever: not even to replenish the coffee and empty the trash. The literature in the room claims they offer a "hot" breakfast, but unless you count the coffee, the toaster, or the make-your-own waffle station, there was no hot entree. On the upside, the beds were comfortable, the A/C worked very well, there was plenty of hot water with good water pressure, and both card keys worked without fail. The areas around the entry doors are a bit unkempt. All-in-all, it's an "okay" room in an "okay" property, but don't expect any housekeeping.

Great for travelers

Check was easy and friendly. Room was clean. Several restaurants nearby. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The area was clean and well stocked.

Economy stay.

Disappointed that the bathroom was not vacuumed/mopped. It creates an instant discomfort when there's so much potential for the property (good service, safe, comfortable beds). Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

The room was musty and damp. It also NEVER got to 68° cold. We both woke soaking wet from how hot it was. Otherwise, it was okay. Having the breakfast on the weekend an hour later sucked. For what was being offered. You could have had it open at 5 am. Nothing offered was cooked, egg, bacon, or the like. The waffle maker and the like didn't need to not be on.

I stayed at the property for 4 nights. I had reserved my rooms via Expedia and Groupon since I had credits. When I checked in, the front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. She said she was going to put me in the same room for the duration of the trip so I didn’t have to change rooms, which I appreciated. I work 12.5 hour shifts at the hospital so I went straight to bed when I got there. When I woke up, i got breakfast and went upstairs to eat. I removed the duvet and there was a tick between the duvet and the comforter. I put it in a cup and wrapped the cup in a plastic bag making sure it couldn’t get out and placed it in the hall. The housekeeping supervisor called my room and asked if I needed anything as she saw a cup outside of my room. I said I just got back to my room and found a tick, so I was going to eat then come down to have it taken care of. She reprimanded me and told me if I find a bug in my room, don’t put it in the hallway. A housekeeper came up to change the bed, but instead of just changing the sheets she started asking me if I was at Knobels in an extremely accusatory tone. I made it clear that I didn’t bring in the tick as I spent the day in a hospital and came straight in. Regardless of how it ended up in my tucked in/still mostly made bed…it absolutely isn’t anyone’s place to reprimand or accuse a guest for finding a bug in their room. There’s more but there’s a text limit so I’ll report it to the manager Monday.

Descent place but it’s in the middle of an area that is far from things like a pizza place, Knoebels, and like all the hotels we stay at, mushy jello like cheap mattresses and smushy non supportive pillows…. Is this a hotel trend? The location however is not their fault and the breakfast was pretty good. Maybe an outdoor pool would be a great addition?
