The majority of your staff were pleasant. The room was nice, breakfast was good and the gym was okay. Equipment needs some attention. The issue we had was with your shuttle. We were told the shuttle runs every half hour. So, instead of dealing with parking downtown, we took the shuttle to dinner. When we exited, the driver said “Just call the desk when you need a ride back”. We called when we got our bill & were told he was there. My husband ran out and missed him. I called back and they said he was going on break for an hour. There were 2 other couples waiting too, one elderly and one with a baby. It was very cold outside. Restaurants and bars were full and stores were closed. We had to wait outside for an hour. This needs to be addressed. Either cover the break or tell the truth.

It's a newer property and well maintained. The staff is very professional and courteous. The room is spacious and very well appointed. The gym and breakfast room are of high quality. The surrounding area has convenient amenities and a great gourmet marked. I think there is value in this property for the quality of the accommodations. I do recommend this hotel.

Hotel is pretty new. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was a plus. Breakfast was excellent, with variety including gluten free options. Shuttle service very convenient, although we were a bit late for our reserved tasting because first shuttle was at 4pm, when I was told it would start at 3 pm. I would definitely come back

The staff and breakfast dining staff were wonderful. Jenna and Linda were very efficient and right there when you needed something. The young gentleman who refilled the products needed was very efficient also. Recommend and will be back.

The property is nice, continental breakfast was good/decent, and staff is always friendly. My only complaint is I feel like the shower could’ve been cleaner, other than that, I enjoy this location and would stay at this hotel again, and again.

Amazing last minute booking, my husband and I loved the Hotel Trio!! Very impressed with the comfortable room with kitchenette, and the free shuttle and bicycles!! We will definitely be staying there next time!!
