Alpine Bear Trail features a spacious design that has a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. There is a combination coffee maker, giving you the option of making a pot of coffee with a standard drip maker or one cup at a time with a Keurig.

The cozy living area that has a sleeper sofa that can be pulled out for a couple of your guest to sleep on.

There is a guest bathroom in the hallway that is convenient to all guest throughout your stay. On the main level of the home you will also find a master bedroom with a private bathroom and king size bed. There is a second bedroom on the main level that features an additional king size bed. Upstairs has a private bathroom, one king size bed and a twin size trundle bed which is great for keeping an ear out for the younger children during the night.

The front porch has a small sitting area with a gas grill that has propane supplied for your use. The new back deck features a hot tub for your pleasure.

The rental property was gorgeous and management was very accommodating during our stay. Staff is very responsive and issues were fixed right away. Its about a 5 mins drive to downtown Helen but the location is secured and in a beautiful gated golf course neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Overall a very lovely place, I would probably stay here again but just not for a week we weren't that impressed with the dining scene. The washer does a wonderful job but the dryer does not. It would take over an hour to dry one small load of clothes.

Everthing was awesome. I would stay there again for sure. Only two things that we were disappointed with. The couch had stains. And the upstairs mattress needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. Location was perfect. The hot tube was very clean even though we didnt use it. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect get away

Convenient location in Helen GA
The setup of the unit was excellent. Definitely had issues with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the unit were filthy. I walked in my socks the day of arrival and they were filthy. Don’t believe floors were mopped prior to our arrival. The dryer in the unit took over 2 hours to dry towels and 1 1/2 hours for clothes to dry.

We stayed here for the first weekend of oktoberfest as our yearly vacation. All of our close friends enjoying the festival. The house was spacious for all of us. Great Family Rental
This property was very clean and well stocked with basic household items. The managament company did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our trip. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great location just a few minutes outside the city of Helen. One thing to note, the upstairs bedroom (which has a king bed, a trundle bed and attached bathroom) does not have a door. The layout of the house makes it private and quiet but just something to be aware of.

Great location
Location was great. House was clean. There was some previous damage but nothing that affected livability. Front guard was completely incompetent and said he didn't have any of our info, caused a traffic jam, when I called the renters it turned out they did email the front gate all of our info. No reflection on the property just something to watch out for.
