The facility needs an upgrade. The room carpet and the chairs by the breakfast area were all stained. Breakfast was acceptable. Not that many options for breakfast.

One star hotel the most

The carpet had stains and smells, The bed mattress was ols and was sitting on a wood box that was falling apart and the tub was so old it like like dirt in the middle of the tub. The came in the clean the room but never vacuum the carpet.

Great place at the foothills

We spent one night here on the way to Tallulah Falls and Highlands. This place lived up to the Hampton Inn standards - clean, comfortable, great breakfast. It was quiet and close to shopping and eating. We'd stay here again.

Below average

Carpet in hallways and especially in the room were filthy. The personnel at front desk were exceptionally friendly and professional. The customer's elevator was in operative therefor had to use the service elevator.

It was a nice motel for yhe price with acceptable breakfast and room was nice altjough ypu cannot see the motel frpm the road it sits behond another motel

I think a lot of rooms were people that knew eachother and it was kind of loud. Also the service elevator was a bummer just based on location

Was there from Thursday through Tuesday, they only cleaned the room on Saturday. Horrible service. Saw workers in the back outside smoking area a lot. Room was dusty. Very bad for the price I paid.

A nice place to stay!

A nice place to stay: we felt safe. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. i liked the text correspondence with manager. I requested clean towels for our second night through text and was promptly answered and serviced. Our bed wasn't made up but I don't know if that is a new thing occurring since Covid? At the time of our visit, the elevator was not working but we had access to the service elevator which worked just fine.

Dingy and tired

In desperate need of a deep clean and refreshing. Elevator broken, ice machine on 3rd floor broken, leaking toilet, worn out luggage carts, sticky floors and carpet. Bed was okay and desk attendant was friendly.

Older property and some reno going on, but it was clean and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast bar was well-stocked and fresh. I would stay again.

Staff was nice but property is dated and needs major renovation. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly, especially the toilet. I will not go into details. Elevator broke and we were forced to carry our luggage down the stairs. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk folks were pleasant.
