Clean, relaxing, and great location!
Amazing cabin and amenities within easy driving distance of hiking, downtown Hendersonville, and Asheville. Photos were accurate but it’s even better in person! Fully stocked with everything we could have needed and excellent instructions for using everything the cabin had to offer. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and fire pit. Very quiet and private, and a fantastic way to disconnect and unwind. Will be back!!

Great getaway
Great private getaway for our anniversary. We have two toddlers at home, and I would feel comfortable bringing them here to stay in the future. Very clean and well -stocked. It was still doable to go to town for meals, however the road is narrow and curvy and I wouldn’t recommend driving it at night, or after a couple of beers. We did not find the driveway to be much of an issue and we don’t have 4 wheel drive. It was also very rainy, and the driveway was still manageable (for those that are worrying about it).

Great Cabin for a Family Getaway
We had a great experience staying at this cabin! As a family of 5 there was plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stayed! We saw a deer in the backyard shortly after arriving. Most of our days were spent in Pisgah National Forest which was only about a 20-25 minute drive to the park entrance. Downtown Hendersonville was only a 10 minute drive and a super cute little town- we loved the restaurant Never Blue. Driving up and down the driveway was a little scary- it's very steep. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, quiet, secluded, and great amenities!
We returned from a family reunion in TN on way home to SC. We stayed 2 nights and very much enjoyed the cabin. It was very clean and very cozy. I would not recommend for large family as only 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, although there is a sofa sleeper. There is no kitchen table and just a long counter bar. This was fine for my wife and I and our adult son. Perfect for small family with 1-2 kids. Hot tub was clean and easy to use, and having fire pit so close was perfect for walking out to from the house and doing s’mores one night. Lot is heavily wooded and only barely heard the occasional car on the road. Saw lots of deer each day in the back yard, and a small bird nest on the porch with babies being fed each day. There were a few things we did not care for though, and why 4 stars. The mattress in the downstairs is terrible. The kind you sink into and way too soft. We won’t be able to return until that is replaced. Second, there are 4 exterior cameras. Although pointed at entries and yard, it felt a bit obtrusive. Added to this is a lot of exterior lighting that cannot be turned off, and with blinds, there was no way to completely black out. Neither of these things was terrible, but did put a small cloud on the overall experience. Location was great, and we made it to the NC Arboretum, downtown Asheville, and DuPont state park during our short stay. There is an Ingles not too far we stopped at on the way in and they had small bundles of fire wood. Was able to leave some for next guest as second night was rainy. Finally, we can’t forget the driveway. 4 wheel drive is recommended. We had front wheel drive Nissan Pathfinder and after some rain, mud under gravel became too soft and tires sank. We got stuck a couple times and even in low gear, very tough. Recommend low gear and don’t stop or pause once you start. We made some pretty deep ruts getting up driveway and not by choice. Overall I do recommend this cabin and will plan on returning if we hear mattresses replaced.

Wonderful Visit
We truly enjoyed our time in the mountains and the cabin was a fantastic home base to return to after our adventures. The full kitchen and hot tub were a nice addition. We even learned about carpenter bees and the Cate that must be taken to protect the property from them. Beautiful and peaceful accommodations.

We loved the cabin! It was comfortable, clean, and private
It is a great cabin! We loved it! The driveway, however was a real issue. It is so steep and a large section of the retaining wall had collapsed into the driveway! Nothing was ever mentioned to us about this prior to arriving. The drive is so steep that we had to back down and try again to get up it! Four wheel drive would be a great recommendation to future renters.

Cute and cozy cabin
The cabin is as pictured. Very cute and cozy. Clean. ( the grill utensils were missed and some soap in shower but not a big deal ) bedrooms good size and bathrooms. The living area is very tight and I would say the worse thing for our group was lack of a table to eat on. There is a big island counter with little stools at it. Two people ended up sitting on stools and two ended up standing for meals. In the era of covid we ate most meals at the cabin as opposed to eating out. There is an in finished basement. Maybe eventually they can rework a table into the area. We couldn’t play card games we had brought either for lack of space There is a picnic table on deck but it rained every day and of course the bugs and heat made it unusable for us. TV in living room and downstairs bedroom very small. Not a deal breaker but TVs are so inexpensive to buy right now. So driveway is pretty bad as in previous reviews. I have front wheel drive and had a hard time with it. Overall I would rent again if basement was finished and we had more space. It was very convenient to my family that lives nearby. Things to bring with you- Tupperware type bowls and charcoal if cooking.

Amazing stay
Amazing property. The cabin was very private while also being just a few miles from town. It was immaculate. This was a great getaway and change of scenery during the pandemic. We enjoyed a few waterfalls in Gorges State Park and enjoyed the sunset at Jump off Rock(4 miles from the cabin) The property manager answered any questions in a timely manner. We visit this area often and I plan to stay here again!!

Fantastic Clean Cabin
This was a fantastic cabin for a family of four looking for a weekend getaway. The house has nice amenities, including new appliances, a hot tub, and fire pit. The steep driveway was an adventure, but not a problem at all. We loved the seclusion, but also the short distance to Hendersonville. We would love to stay here again!

Great Family Time
This home was in the perfect location for us...we were able to go to Dupont, Pisgah, and Chimney rock over the week to walk the trails, hike, and swim in some amazing waterfalls. The home was clean, well cared for, and everything we needed. The kids loved the fire pit and walking down the hill to the little stream to catch salamanders.
