This hotel was super cute and the staff was an amazing. We arrived lately than we planned and they waited for us and then the next day when we went to check out I forgot something in the hotel room and they got it back to me before I even realized I forgot it. The lady even ran out in the rain to give it to me.

I visit this area annually and the first time I stayed here was alright. This time I reserved a room with two beds. My bed, to my surprise and disgust, had little bugs that started to jump on me after a couple of minutes laying there. I checked the corner of the sheets but didn’t find anything to lead me to think there would be a problem. Fortunately the other bed, that my daughter was sleeping in, seemed bug free. I was very disappointed and hope not to encounter something like that in the future.

The reception was very pleasant. The room was dated but clean. There was a bar/restaurant next door but no noise overnight. I would suggest a new mattress though. It was pretty hard and I didnt sleep well. Aside from that, no issues and I would recommend.

We stayed for two nights. We reached late and appreciated that our room keys were attached in an envelope to the office door. The room was old fashioned, clean but tired. The breakfast was extremely basic. I booked this place because it had a rating of 9.4. It did not come up to that rating or our expectation.

Great

Very nice little hotel for a night or an extended stay!! Owners DO NOT rent to locals, keeping out the riff-raff, making the stay more enjoyable. Restaurant next door is quite good, and you get a 10% discount for showing your room key.

A great place at a fair price.

The wife and I needed a place to stay while traveling between 2 stops....long weekend getaway sort of thing. Cianci's was close to the first stop. It's not fancy, but the room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, the price was fair. The staff was friendly and there's a bar / restaurant next door that offers a discount for guests. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Dated motel but clean and spacious room

Spacious room, clean but so dated. This place needs a makeover, including a new mattress and some pillows that really bring some support. Will not go back.

If you need to stay in Greenville, this place as is good as any. But if you're driving through, this is not a nice motel. It's old and worn down. Better off with a big chain.
