Key cards stopped working and they replaced them but without confirming my name or ID. No housekeeping, had to ask for extra towels. Towels brought by maintenance were stained and ripped.

Worth a few extra bucks!

It was a great night’s sleep. Probably the best hotel mattress we’ve slept on in years. The comfort height toilet was a pleasant surprise as well. Very nice shower stall.
