A great open floor plan with plenty of room to lounge and relax. This fantastic Villa includes a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The living room and both bedrooms have 55” smart TV’s. The moment you step inside Belle Vue, you will be in awe of the beauty of the majestic Atlantic Ocean through the oversized glass doors. What truly makes this Villa so special is the ability to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and endless ocean views while relaxing on your own private balcony that overlooks the pool area. Beachwood Place is a gated complex with only 24 units, a private pool that has an abundance of chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a BBQ area. Fall get away

Beachwood stay

This was our second stay at this amazing condo. The view of the ocean is outstanding and the private path to the beach is short and easy. Very near some of the best shops and restaurants on the island. Always very clean and owners respond quickly. We will be back

Wonderful Vacation

This 2 bedroom villa was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our little girl loved the bunk room. The location is perfect with an amazing view, private pool, restaurants, shops and Coligny Beach. We want to Thank Chuck and Susan and look forward to coming back!

Tiny bit of paradise

This VRBO rental is adorable from the rental itself to the owners. Location is outstanding, top floor, center unit with beautiful views of the ocean from the room. The owner thinks of everything from wine (thank you) to beach chairs/toys. It allowes you to feel at home. We cooked 90% of meals in the room and had all the means in which to do so. Pots, pans, spatulas lol you name it was in the kitchen. Be aware master bathroom is snug but the small space was used so effectively you barely notice. Future guests will love this rental and we are already plotting next year.

Fantastic stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean and true to the pics posted. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry was convenient across the hall. Air conditioner split units do struggle to cool the unit. This wasn’t a problem with 75 degrees but in the heat of summer it might struggle. Needs more lighting in the stairways otherwise it was a great property.

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it! The location is fantastic- so close to Coligny which made for an easy walk there for shops and restaurants. The view off the balcony was amazing and so close to the beach. The property was well stocked and we would definitely stay again!!

Best condo find!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and I wanted to find a smaller complex to stay at so it would be less busy. This was exactly it. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four, but it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Church and Susan were so helpful and sweet. I had a few questions and they quickly responded in a timely manner. As a mom, I loved that my kids had bunk beds, but there was also a trundle if we ever wanted to let them bring a friend. The kitchen appliances were all really nice and it had all the pots and pans I needed for making dinner. I was skeptical about not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but I found it to be even better. I didn’t feel the need to do laundry every day like I do at home. Plus, the washer and dryer ware just across the hall and they were fabulous at washing and drying, like a full load start to finish in an hour. I also loved that everything was gated with a code so that helped ease my mind having Little’s. The tables by the pool were really nice and we had dinner out there while the kids swam one night. We are definitely looking at booking here again for next year. We absolutely loved it!

Absolutely Perfect in a Perfect Location!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two grandchildren, ages 4 & 6. The property is clean and beautiful. It is exactly as presented. The pool and ocean view are simply spectacular. The owners of the property are very kind, gracious and responsive. This property is a hidden gem. The property has a small number of units, so the pool is never crowded. At first, I was upset about no washer and dryer in our unit, but was pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer was right across the hall. Owner provided a wagon full of beach chairs, pool toys and sand toys. Since we flew and couldn’t bring those items, we were so excited and impressed. The location was also perfect because we were within walking distance of many shops, eateries, and Coligny Park, which is awesome! We were within a short driving distance of many wonderful restaurants. The food at Hudsons Restaurant is amazing. We visited Harbour Town to see the lighthouse, eat at The Salty Dog Cafe and the kids road pony’s! We also met many new friends who stayed at the same complex. Truly a perfect vacation! We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay

The photos are accurate so there is a wonderful view from this property. The 2-BR condo is nicely furnished and attractive. It was perfect for us as a couple but would be a little tight for a family of 5 or more. The balcony has only 2 chairs and the 2d bedroom is smallish. There is no dining area. The kitchen table is for two but a counter adds more seating space. The amenities are all updated although there is no disposal in the sink. There are starter supplies except for bathroom items. There are no beach towels provided but there are some beach chairs and other beach items. We loved it here inasmuch as it was ideal for us. The Coligny area also makes things very active and convenient. We recommend it.

Perfect winter stay

The condo was as advertised and super clean. We did not use much in the kitchen as we were only there for a few days and ate out. The location was great as we were able to walk to anything we needed. The owners were very responsive and great at communicating. Can’t wait to visit again when it warms up.

Birthday mini vacation

Belle Vue was the perfect place for our mini vacation. Location was perfect for shopping,dining and other attractions. The magnificent view from the balcony can’t be beat. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean while sipping on wine provided by the host upon arrival. Chuck and Susan were great hosts to work with and responded immediately with any questions. Will definitely return in the future
