After losing a reservation on a different booking site, I had to scramble to find accommodations in a matter of minutes, And GreenTree Inn was available and affordable and near to exactly where I wanted to be the following day (Petrified Forest National Park). The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the room was perfect for my needs. Fridge, coffee maker and fixings, awesome bed, sitting area, working heater and great bathroom... all stellar! Thanks Greentree Inn for a great stay!

This property was a good value. It is a refurbed old motel but in good shape. Had a great rating for a low-cost option and lived up to that. Would definitely stay again if I was in town for work or just driving through.

This hotel was just okay. It was pretty clean but nothing extraordinary. Our room was on the back side, which I didn’t really care for and we had to park in an adjacent parking lot. People were running up and down the stairs all hours of the night and some jerk revved his VERY loud truck at 5 am. We have 2 trucks, so I’m no stranger to loud trucks, but this was ridiculous.
