Just fine, no problems

Very friendly. A bit worn. Overworked staff during the breakfast as they could not keep up though not overly crowded. Nice place.

For how much is charged per night, I expected better quality and service. The plumbing in our bathroom was terrible. I explained it to the front desk and she handed me a plunger. I had the sign on my door for our room to be made up (more so for the issue with the toilet than anything) and it wasn't touched. Breakfast food was mediocre at best, we didn't even bother eating it the 2nd day. I told all of this to the gentleman at the front desk at check out and all he said was "ok". Side note..... The elevator is slower than molasses.

So expensive for nothing

Got there very early and had no breakfast left, rotten apples left, cold coffee. Air-conditioning was sparatic.

Overall, the hotel was just so-so. Although our room was clean, the room was somewhat dated and the amenities were below average. Pillows were small / flat; the breakfast area was minimal. Overall condition of property was below average. Compared to other Best Westerns we have stayed at, we were disappointed.

Very quiet and nestled in a wooded area. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. (get there early) Clean. A little dated but very clean. Would definitely recommend.

When pulling out of the parking lot and attempting to turn left the pine trees need to be trimmed/cut backed so you can see the traffic approaching on the right!

Poor environment 😞😞 o

It was convenient to stay there, close to downtown Saugatuck however there are concerns. The motel is rundown, it desperate need of of a do over. Breakfast was cold. Linens were well worn, even holes in some. Halls were poorly lit, dark. Very difficult to understand the people behind the desk. When coming to Saugatuck again we will not stay there nor recommend to anyone.
