La Casa Costiera is a luxuirous condo in the heart of Holmes Beach where the Mediterranean and the Gulf of Mexico meet. When you approach La Casa Costiera from the outside you will be amazed by the exquisite and well maintained landscaping of the property. As the brick pavers draw you to the elevator you will have a feeling that you have reached a new paradise. Upon entry to the condo you will be greeted with a spacious and beautifully furnished home with full attention to detail and comfort for a wonderful and unforgetable vacation. This lovely three bedroom, two and a half bath condo will accommodate your whole family with ease. The master suite is spacious and bright with a king size bed, large walk-in closet and a beautiful bath with dual sinks, a step in shower and private jetted tub. The second master suite has a queen bed and a twin bed as well as a full bath with dual sinks. Bedroom three also has a queen and twin. The main living area is open and expansive. The kitchen has wonderful wood cabinetry and granite counters, finished with a full array of stainless appliances and well stocked dishware, flatware and cooking needs. The solid wood dining table seats eight comfortably and has matching table top lazy Susan's for the ease of serving your favorite dishes. The living room has a large leather sectional that surrounds the fireplace and 50" flat screen television. Move out to the balcony and enjoy the quiet serenity of the whispering trees and waves on the shoreline. Watch the amazing, nightly sunsets on the balcony or walk to the beach for the spectacular colors as the day ends. The gorgeouse white, sandy beach is just steps away and can easily be accessed to and from by the back door off the balcony. Come for a day and you'll want to stay forever!

It would be hard to find anything about this property to complain about. Ok, on arrival we found the elevator was out of service (which was one of the amenities that drew us to this property). The condo was very clean, very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better…literally steps to the beach. The attached garage with 2 parking places and storage closet with beach supplies was a bonus. The outdoor property, pool, hot tub and patio were beautifully maintained (thank you, Curtis). Would rent again.

Beautiful and very close to the ocean

This place was exactly as pictured. It was very spacious, clean, and I loved the layout of it. They have a huge table that was great to eat at, and play card games. Their huge sectional was great for us to all sit on to visit and watch the Olympics. They had a great variety of beach chairs, beach umbrella, goggles, beach balls, & boogie boards in their storage closet down by the garage. The few steps to the beach was great! I’d definitely stay here again!!!
