Guests can either swim, kayak, or fish from the backyard. If you're a nature lover this condo is for you, as you can see beautiful birds and dolphins from inside the condo. The condo is conveniently located only a short, five minute walk to white sands of Manatee Beach, Publix super market, CVS, shops and numerous restaurants. With easy access to the free Anna Maria Island trolley, a car is not needed.

For the family chef, enjoy the new kitchen, open design with plenty of space! There is a 50” flat screen television in the living room and a 37” flat screen television in the master bedroom. Also, a full size washer and dryer. West Bay Cove features two heated pools, an outdoor sitting area, and a tennis court.
