Old but good

Hotel is decent, definitely needs an update. We just stayed one night on our way to Texas and it got the job done. Only complaint was the air conditioner was extremely load.

Found bedbugs in our room so we didn't even stay, we requested a refund. Will never stay at the best western in hope ever again!

Friendly and Helpful Staff

Hotel is right off the highway in a small town. Conveniently located across the street from a Walmart and multiple fast food options less than a mile away. The hotel is outdated looking but it's incredibly clean and you can tell the staff work hard to keeping it the best it can be. The room was clean, but there was a slight odor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The property looked well enough on the outside. Although after booking with no mention of smoking. The attendant said they only had smoking rooms available and if we were not smokers this would be unbearable. He mentioned this being a common issue. So being an asthmatic I knew health wise this would not have worked for us.

Decent for the night. Breakfast, the lady didn’t want to fix the waffle machine and was very hesitant to make for batter for waffles and pancakes.

Ok, but needs updating and renovations. Broken, old, dirty room. Torn sheets, tub and sink won’t drain, filthy tiles, dirt in tub, dirty towels.

Nice motel finally getting the TLC it deserves.

Very friendly staff. Clean room and linens. Good breakfast. Pool was nice and clean. The landscaping and exterior being renovated. Interior of rooms was showing signs of age and wear. A bit pricey for a classic motel, but it appears the money is going back into the facility for improvements.
