There were coffee packets in the room but no coffee pot. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk to report this. I let it go as we were only stopping overnight on our way home and it was obvious that the property was under renovation. Later, I received a call from front desk asking about a missing coffee pot. I did not steal a motel coffee pot!

BW Hopkinsville KY

This property is a work in progress. Our room was recently remodeled and very clean. The humidity in-room was a bit high but still comfortable. There are also a few places one might say are “rough around the edges” but nothing that affected our stay or would deter us from a future stay. The two employees (one is the owner) we interacted with were very friendly and greeted us very professionally. Room prices in Hopkinsville are high; this property is reasonable. We got a good nights sleep for a reasonable price in a comfortable room. That’s about all we need.

The staff makes the difference!

The hotel is undergoing a renovation. Our room was newly renovated and very nice. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful, and quick to assist. The staff made the stay an extreemly good one.
