Our room smelled bad, like B.O. we also had to wait for someone to check us in, there was no one at the desk when we arrived. Also felt like it lacked basic amenities, like free bottles of water in the room. There was nothing wrong with our stay, there just wasn’t anything that was “above average”

We were given a room with probably the worst view. We had a utility post right by the window and partial view to a parking lot, We expected a view to the beautiful water area. I wonder if they do not give priority to those who book through Expedia.
