Door was falling off the hinge makit difficult to close. Shower leaking water, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and keep beeping as we slept. Apparently this is a known issues caused the heat of the laundry room ...this was HORRIBLE!!!

It was an awesome experience. The staff made check in and check out a very easy process. Everything was so clean and it was very quiet. Loved the morning breakfast with so many options. Would definitely stay again.

Not so pleasant stay
Upon checking in and entering our room, the bathroom room smelled as if someone had just used if you know what I mean. Housekeeping was just down the hall so I asked her if she had any Lysol or disinfectant to spray due to our room had a not so pleasant odor. She went on to say that no one had been in there and the room had been empty since Friday. She followed me and said she didn’t smell anything but sprayed a solution in commode and shower drain. All that did was mask the smell. As we were getting ready for our event- I noticed a towel that my husband pulled was stained with blood spots( see pictures), The throw pillow was dirty, the chair was dirty, the shower pan was leaking water. It was just awful. We have stated here before and have never had any unpleasant stays until last night.

My room had sheets of paper with blue painters tape around it written on it was a work order number to patch the hole. Only one channel on the tv worked.
