The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful old brick home built in the 1920's with elaborate eaves and a covered front porch. There are four adolescent live oaks on the corner-lot property. There are two other apartments on the property, one on the first floor and the other comprising the entire second floor. The apartment is approximately 750 square feet large. There are four steps up the front walkway to the front porch and the front door.
The front door opens onto the living space. The living area has a large sofa and a 32" television with upgraded cable. The contiguous dining area features a table that seats up to six.
The galley kitchen has just been installed and is equipped for six with dayware, vintage glassware, pots, pans, bakeware and basic condiments and spices.
