We very much enjoyed our stay and our breakfast. The only complaint we have is there was an awful lot of noise in the hallway starting at 6:20 am and we are starting to wonder if maybe the hallway was above our room when we were on the second floor.

Stayed here for concert in Somerset. Santa Bob's Shuttle was out front and we were able to get a sober cab to and from cocert. Hotel was very nice. Very clean, super comfortable and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a reasonable hotel, but staff was no where to be found in the evening or the morning. Breakfast was so-so, but included hot items. Again, no personal in sight to ask questions or to troubleshoot (when coffee ran out). Felt safe and reasonably clean. Would consider staying again.

We were there for five days/nights for visiting family and friends. Good breakfast. Great towels for hotel towels. Friendly and polite staff. Got my rewards. Clean and attractive lobby, but freezing AC. Too cold. Daily service in our room was appreciated even if it was minor. One BIG problem: handicapped accessible room. Why? I would get a ticket if I parked in a handicap spot. But here I’m put in this room where the shower water floods the floor; where I can’t hang up my clothes because they hang on the floor. I did not request that room and just wonder why?

Replenish towels

Unfortunately didn’t replenish towels each day. Kept leaving only one wash cloth with having two guest. No tissues and didn’t replace Toilet Paper with a five day stay. When asked for supplies were given but should have been inventoried when housekeeper came by each day. One day dirty towels weren’t picked up.

Staff allowed early check in so my friend and I could change into bathing suits before going down the river. Friendly! Only problem was shower drain was clogged. Wish breakfast went a little later.
