first staff who checked me in was annoyed when I walked in then I check then , asks me for a $150 security deposit when the total amount for the reservation and the stay was $140 almost which I already paid full on app but I already had the reservation going and it’s my birthday today so I couldn’t do anything about it so i grab the keys like any other regular hotel stay I had in the past , I didn’t think of making it a big deal about the whole interaction so I just grabbed the keys and walk towards my room , first thing as soon as I walk in the room there was a weird disgusting odor ,I didn’t think of it too much but when I tried laying down on the bed” the smell was unexplainable” so I went right back to the lobby and asked the same staff if I can change the room, me being thoughtful I didn’t make it a big deal , fast forward right after I changed the room I went and picked my girlfriend up and we went to the room and we’re just chilling with music and we were in the hot tub that the hotel provided which was almost broken so we just filled it up with hot water and just relaxed listening to music then we were done with the hot tub and right when we’re about to take a shower around 10 pm we heard a knock on the door although I had put up the DND sign in the door , I was in my underwear mid shower but still went , I opened the door it was a different staff from the hotel very intimidating) didn’t say anything but told me my security deposit was not going to be refunded

This has to be the worst place we have ever stayed. It was so run down. Don’t believe the pics you see online they are nothing like what you get. I wish I could upload pics.

There was what looked like a blood stain on the pillow and hair on the sheet and when we asked for the sheets to be changed they said they couldn’t do that and when we asked to be switched to another room they said no. Had to go get the sheets from the front and change the sheets ourselves Save yourself the money
