The Finca "Can Tano" is situated in the heart of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, only a few kilometres away from the village Inca. Situated on a 15.000 m² property, surrounded by wide fields and with its own winery, this newly renovated property combines modern simplicity with traditional Majorcan architecture. With 550 m² of living space, the two-storey finca consists of a living room with a large couch landscape, a modern, very well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, 6 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), 6 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. A real oasis of well-being awaits you outside too. On a covered terrace you will find a dining area for 12 people and comfortable lounge furniture with a view of the garden and pool area. Swim in the 50 m² saltwater pool, refresh yourself in the outdoor showers or read a good book on the comfortably upholstered sun loungers. Once you glance at the meadows, fields and mountains, the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten. Despite the idyllic location you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés after only 4.5 km or a 7-minute drive and the beautiful beaches of the eastern coast, such as Platja de Muro, are about 30 km or a 30-minute drive from the accommodation.

Beautiful house but awful communication
The villa was beautiful - immaculately clean and the pool was really lovely. This lovely villa is very remote and a car is essential. Unfortunately the management of our stay was overall very poor and caused us a lot of added stress and discomfort which could easily have been avoided by messages being answered and problems addressed as they were raised. Some communication from the host as to who might be turning up and when would have been polite. The air conditioning did not work at all in the villa - no reply to our messages, and then on day 3 after 2 insufferably hot nights, engineers turned up with no prior agreement or communication. No apology, offer of compensation or even acknowledgment of this issue was offered. We agreed on a late checkout at 2pm - yet again this was obviously not communicated as the maintenance man turned up and asked us to leave at 10am! Other smaller things - the groceries app provided didn’t work, no code sent as promised for the key safe until 2 phone calls were made, all added to the feeling of the owner not looking after us at all. For these reasons we would not rate above 2 stars.

The villa is beautiful, modern and spacious with huge bedrooms, all with an en suite. Every room has a view of countryside, and some with the distant mountains. It was the perfect space to unwind and feel at ease. The space is great for dining and entertaining as a group. We had a guitarist play in the courtyard whilst we ate dinner on the first night which was magical. His name was Saus if anyone wants to book him again. The hosts were friendly and attentive and were helpful with any questions we had. You will either need a car or to be very organised with your transport as it is quite remote. But that played into the beauty of it for us as we felt we could be ourselves without being disturbed or disturbing others. Thanks to the team and hopefully we can come again!

Very nice large finca, exactly as described and in the photos. You could relax and spend time with friends. Shopping facilities were in the immediate vicinity. We would love to come back!
